Birthday Feast, Free of Charge

On my birthday, I was treated to free food by five restaurants.

A few weeks before my birthday, I signed up for every birthday club I could find. Then the birthday emails started flowing in. I chose all of the places that gave me free food, and I mean free food. No buy this and get that for free. Only walk in, eat, and leave. I think I found a worthy birthday tradition.

Grand Slam Breakfast

Rooty Tooty Fresh n Fruity

Premium Shake

Medium Brisket Sub

Gourmet Burger

If you want to do this for your own birthday, check out this link. It is a list of just about every birthday club you can think of.

PS. Troy, I'm getting ready for the cruise next year. You're going to have some competition!

Happy Birthday!

Family Weekend

I graduated! Sort of... I have one semester left, but they don't have a ceremony in December. I feel close enough to finished that it still felt good. So my parents  drove up to Provo to watch the ceremony and afterwards treated Hannah and me to a delicious dinner at La Jolla Groves in the Riverwoods. It was absolutely, mouth-wateringly gorgeous food.

I graduated!
Just a couple of days ago, Hannah, Lincoln and I took a walk up by Bridal Veil Falls. We got to try out a baby backpack. Lincoln loved it while he was awake, but eventually the excitement caught up with him and he fell asleep.

My laptop died sometime around December. I've tried a different power cord and other ways to fix it, and I'm pretty sure it bit the dust. Now it is Lincoln's toy! He loves everything electronic and is always finding cords, cell phones, and wires to chew on. This way, we don't have to take it away from him.
Lincoln loving the fact that I gave him a computer instead of taking it away!

Mommy and her Little Man

I walked into the room and found this picture. It was too good to pass up. Enjoy :)

Hannah and I are in South Dakota for Christmas holidays. I am planning to return to Provo on Tuesday, but Hannah will stay in Rapid City for another nine days. Vacation so far has been delectably relaxing. I've eaten more and done less in these two weeks than the past few months combined. It's lovely. Our little man is healthy, happy, and heavier every time I pick him up. There is no better time than Christmas
